Castlebrook Development is please to bring the BiKop development to Big Beaver Borough, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.  Located in a highly desirable area just off I-76 (PA Turnpike) and I-376, BiKop, a pad-ready distribution center will be designed to meet the specific needs of its individual clients.  This distribution center is conveniently located on Shenango Road at the intersection of I-76 and I-376.  Upon completion, Castlebrook Development will create 1 million square feet of warehouse/distribution space intended to attract national distributors looking to expand supply chains, and companies looking for strategic locations close to the Royal Dutch Shell cracker facility.

The Bluffs at Glade Path The Bluffs at Glade Path Center Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania

Castlebrook Development is pleased to present you with The Bluffs at Glade Path, conveniently located off Wagner Road adjacent to the Beaver Valley Mall in Center Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.  This project will be the result of a multi-phase land development complete with a variety of resources that will be made available to the residents of Beaver County. Phase I of the development will be an office building while the remaining phases built will result in approximately 225 market rate apartments, a 100,000 SF climate controlled storage facility, an additional 30,000 – 40,000 SF office building, and 60 for sale townhouses. This project will also connect the 2 unfinished portions of Wagner Road thus completing the inside loop around the Beaver Valley Mall.

This development is currently in the early stages of commencement and located in New Sewickley Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania. Scope of Work

A cooperative venture of the Moltoni Group, Pittsburgh Mineral Environmental Technology and Castlebrook Development Group completed the demolition of nearly 450,000 square feet of vacant industrial buildings and developed 35 acres of Brownfields into shovel ready pads.

The project was completed with a $6.5 million Redevelopment Grant Program (RACP) Grant received from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Castlebrook Development Group also completed the site work construction of the 2.5 acre Bottom Dollar lot including all utilities and paving.
