The Baden Plaza Addition came about after a longtime tenant expressed interest in expanding their current space to accommodate training their employees and providing additional office space for meeting and conferences. We plan to expand upon the 1st floor office space by creating a 2nd story and a newly renovated mezzanine for more office space.

This development is currently in the early stages of commencement and is located in New Sewickley Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania. Our goal at Castlebrook Development is to create a multi-family residential plan of carriage homes consisting of about 50 separate units. Pine Run is also conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Cranberry Township, Interstate 76 the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Interstate 79 and just over 30 minutes to the City of Pittsburgh.

Rochester Waterfront - Rivers Bend Rochester Waterfront - Rivers Bend Rochester, Pennsylvania

Castlebrook Development Group is in the predevelopment stages of Rivers Bend along the Rochester Waterfront. This upcoming development will be a residential community located along the river on Railroad Street in Rochester, Pennsylvania. Castlebrook Development Group is repurposing the former Marino Brothers Scrapyard, turned Brownfield, and completely redeveloped the space to house a series of residential townhomes. Phase I of the redevelopment will be the construction of 30 townhomes with both tenant and visitor parking available.

Groundbreaking is tentatively scheduled for the Spring of 2016. Castlebrook Development Group is delighted to bring a waterfront, residential lifestyle to the rather under-utilized river front of Rochester, sequentially, boosting economic morale within the community.

Scope of Work

A cooperative venture of the Moltoni Group, Pittsburgh Mineral Environmental Technology and Castlebrook Development Group completed the demolition of nearly 450,000 square feet of vacant industrial buildings and developed 35 acres of Brownfields into shovel ready pads.

The project was completed with a $6.5 million Redevelopment Grant Program (RACP) Grant received from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Castlebrook Development Group also completed the site work construction of the 2.5 acre Bottom Dollar lot including all utilities and paving.
